Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of original purchase. Returns must be authorized ahead of time by emailing info@seriouslyshea.com and your refund will be processed once the items are received by our team. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be unused and unopened for hygienic reasons.
